Not your style? No problem! Just send back the items in the original condition and we'll take care of everything for you.
We have 21-day returns! Which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not used or damaged – and must have all tags attached and returned in original packaging.
To request a return, please e-mail us at stacey@cottonnatural.com. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received and inspected the product, then we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include name and order number on the returned parcels.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges must be sent back within 21 days of receipt. Items MUST BE unused and have tags attached.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
